Historically, brooms were made of broomcorn, a type of sorghum, that was reportedly brought to America by Benjamin Franklin in the 1700’s. In this class, you will learn hoe to make two types of brooms using broomcorn and traditional methods.
First, a cobwebber, a long skinny broom that is perfect at getting cobwebs from high places. And, secondly, a turkey wing whisk broom. Please be sure to wear closed toe shoes
